The Property
Splash House is part of the Splash by the Sea complex, which also includes neighbouring cottages. While the expansive beachfront lawn is shared with these cottages, it provides a wonderful open space for all to enjoy, with direct access to the beach just steps away.

Splash House offers an unbeatable location in the heart of Robe’s Main Street, right on the water’s edge. With village conveniences at your doorstep, the historic Caledonian Inn just a stone’s throw away, and the aroma of a freshly brewed coffee from nearby cafes, you can enjoy it all from the comfort and privacy of your own oceanfront retreat. Yet, despite being in the heart of it all, Splash House feels like a world of its own - your peaceful, oceanfront retreat.

Other things to note
The property is located near the Caledonian Inn, which has a lively beer garden that hosts live music on select nights. If you're staying during these events, you will hear music, especially in the back rooms. For those sensitive to noise, we recommend checking the Caledonian Inn's event schedule to plan accordingly.

You have exclusive access to the entire Splash House during your stay. Enjoy the open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen and expansive deck area and courtyard.
